Pastries & Streudels

Our pastries and struedels are Lehmann’s authentic recipes. Choose from hand shaped, rolled and filled Danish Horns in three flavors. Or select our Struedels with our puff pastry dough and fillings braided one by one to bake up flaky and light. Our famous Wisconsin State Fair Elephant Ears are filled with cinnamon and rolled with sugar. And our turnovers are light and puffy fresh from the oven, and drizzled with made-from-scratch white icing. All our pastries are large individual servings and our struedels serve 6 to 8 people.
